After confirming they are 18+ and the child's parent or legal guardian, they choose a first name, nickname, or invented story name; age range; structured appearance; one optional reference photo; one favorite thing; and an optional dedication.
The photo is optional and private. We do not ask for birth date, school, location, child email, or health information.A gift buyer supplies adult contact details only. The parent or legal guardian receives a private invitation and completes personalization themselves.
A gift buyer never enters the child's name, age, photo, or story details.The first edition uses a fixed, age-aware narrative structure. Personal details change the character and small story moments—not the safety or coherence of the plot.
We do not accept open prompts asking for copyrighted characters or unsuitable themes.Structured appearance and, when supplied, the private reference photo become a limited internal character brief. Each scene follows the same hair, skin tone, clothing, palette, and illustration direction.
The child's real name is not sent with the photo or needed by the image model.We review reading level, spelling, page order, character consistency, image defects, protected characters, and print margins.
Nothing is released automatically just because a model finished generating it.A watermarked preview is shared through a private, time-limited link. One small text or appearance correction is included.
Large story changes or a new concept would require a new order.The screen-reading edition is designed for phones and tablets. The home-printing edition uses practical page sizing and safe margins.
No physical product is printed or shipped by the storybook studio.The print edition is intended for ordinary home or local print shop use. Final specifications will be tested with sample files before paid launch.
